This page explains how CIAEA handles inquiry information submitted through the public website.
When you contact CIAEA, we collect the information you submit through our inquiry forms, including contact details, organization or school name, program preferences, and your message.
We also collect limited submission metadata used to route and review inquiries, such as submission time and approximate country or region when available.
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, recommend relevant programs, evaluate partnership opportunities, and coordinate follow-up with the appropriate CIAEA team.
We do not use inquiry data for unrelated profiling or sell it to third parties.
Form submissions are routed to CIAEA's lead-management workflow and are intended to be recorded in the project Contacts sheet, with notification sent to authorized recipients configured by the organization.
CIAEA limits access to submitted data to staff or partners who need it to respond to your inquiry and manage education-program communications.
Third-party live chat is optional. CIAEA does not load live-chat services until you explicitly allow that experience.
If you prefer not to enable live chat, you can still contact CIAEA through the website inquiry form or the published phone and email channels.
You may choose not to provide optional fields, but required fields and communication consent are necessary for CIAEA to process a web inquiry.
To update or remove information you submitted, contact CIAEA directly using the email or phone details listed on the website.
